RETURNS & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Returns
Bugs-N-Buggies will accept returns within 30 calendar days of the original order ship date.
If an item needs to be returned, please contact us by phone or email to initiate the process. All returns must be undamaged and in their original packaging. The Sales Order number is also required to validate the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we do not refund any original shipping charges. Returned items must be property packaged. We are not responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packaging.
Note: Upon receipt of your order, be sure to inspect all packages for missing, damaged or incorrect items. Bugs-N-Buggies does everything possible to insure that orders are processed efficiently and correctly. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will take immediate action to resolve the issue.
Returns will not be accepted on special order items or electrical parts. Returns may be subject to restocking fees.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is not currently available in our stock, you will be notified on-line when ordering or we will send you an email message. If you order by phone you will be notified when you place the order. You have the following options for Out of Stock Items:
1. The entire order can be held until all items are available.
2. Partial shipment can be made of in-stock items, with out-of-stock items shipped as soon as available.
3. Out-of-stock items can be canceled or the order can be modified per your request.
Note: Due to variations in availability from manufacturers, backorders will remain open for 30 days. If we do not receive the item within 30 days, your order will be cancelled. Your account will be credited and we will contact you to find out if you would like to re-order the item or a substitute item.
